Blackmore has the following restrictive covenants that pertain to all real estate located within the addition: All lots shall be used for single family residential purposes lots shall not be used to conduct any form business signage shall not be permitted to remain on any lot no vehicles, trailers or other means of land or water transport shall be parked overnight in public streets private driveways shall only be used to park cars and one pickup truck-camper not lager than a standard three-quarter ton pickup truck camper vehicles not in running condition shall not be parked anywhere on public streets or private driveways for a period of more than twenty-four hours no vehicle can be repaired, serviced, rebuilt, dismantled or painted anywhere within Blackmore, except within the garage portion of a living unit no obnoxious, offensive, or hazardous activities shall be conducted on any Lots or Common Area no animals shall be raised, kept or bred on any lot, except an Owner of any lot may keep, within their house, fish, birds, and reptiles, and not more than a total combination of two dogs and/or cats no exterior clothes lines shall be permitted on any lot no detached radio or television antenna or satellite receiving dish exceed 19 inches in diameter shall be permitted on any lot no tree or shrub which has a trunk of 2 ½ inches shall be cut down without the consent of the Association no artificial grass, or plants shall be placed on ay Lot, unless approved by the Association, playground equipment required approval from the Architectural Committee structures shall not be placed where they cause interference to public utility easements no garbage, trash or rubbish shall be kept on any Lot except in sanitary containers located in areas concealed from public view no garbage container may be placed at the curb in excess of 24 hours homeowners shall, at the their own expense, maintain their property the appearance, color, type of painting or stand of a living unit shall not be changed without the prior consent of the Architectural Committee no structural alterations may be made without the consent of the Architectural Committee no fence may be installed without the approval of the Architectural Committee homeowners and lot owners will keep garage doors closed when not in use The Association – Membership and General Powers The Association is a Wyoming nonprofit corporation established to enforce the Covenants and maintain the common property of Blackmore. General Restrictive Covenants Restrictive covenants affecting real property govern the way the property may be used by its owner. ![]() The Blackmore Vista Home Owners Association (the “Association”) will administer and maintain all common property within Blackmore.
